individuals and companies using the SteelPlantEquipment web site (the "Site") and the supplier
directory, product information repository and bid management tools (the "Service").
Please read this Privacy Policy regarding our collection and use of information about
your company and you. By registering and using the Service, you are consenting to
LineBuilders' use of certain information about your company and you.
LineBuilders reserves the right to revise this privacy policy from time to time when we
change our procedures or update our technology. We will inform you of any amendments to
this Privacy Policy by posting an electronic notice on the Site, and we encourage you to
review the updated Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the Service after the
publication of such notices will constitute your consent to the revised terms of this
Privacy Policy.
Because data transmissions over the Internet are not absolutely secure, you are
transmitting information at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we will
endeavor to ensure the security of your information on our servers with the use of
industry-standard technology. LineBuilders, however, does not warrant the security of
information you transmit to us and does not guarantee that our security systems will
not be compromised. You acknowledge and agree that you are using the Service and the
Site at your own risk.

What Information Does LineBuilders Collect?
New User Profile Information. During registration for the Service, LineBuilders
will request you to submit certain information through the New User Profile page on the Site
("New User Profile Information"). You must provide the following required New User
Profile Information in order to access many of the features and functionalities of the Service.

Company Information. In order for your company to list the products and
services you provide and to attach product-specific information files on the Site, we will also
collect the following required information through the Company Information pages on the Site
("Supplier Information").

The New User Profile Information and Supplier Information pages will also prompt you to submit
certain optional information. While you are not required to provide the information that is
designated as "optional", the submission of such optional information will enable LineBuilders to
enhance the Service and your experience on the Site. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, we
sometimes refer to required and optional New User Profile Information and Supplier Information
collectively as "User Information".
How Will LineBuilders Use the Information That It Collects?
New User Profile Information. LineBuilders will use New User Profile Information
to authorize your account. Once LineBuilders has authorized your account, you will be able to
submit Bid Requests and request Sales Calls from suppliers through the Site. When you request a
Bid Request or a Sales Call from a supplier, LineBuilders will forward your Sales Contact information
directly to that supplier. LineBuilders may maintain certain records related to Bid Requests and
Sales Calls that you submit through the Service, and make that history available to you. We,
however, will not maintain copies of attached files and documents, if any, that you submit in
connection with Bid Requests and Sales Calls.
Company Information. LineBuilders will use Supplier Information to authorize your
company’s account and to enable your company to list the products and services you provide and to
attach product-specific information files on the Site.
Secondary Uses. LineBuilders may aggregate User Information into group statistical
information and disclose such aggregated user statistics in connection with marketing and business
development activities. Such aggregated, statistical information is anonymous and will
not individually identify companies and individuals using our Site and the Service. In
addition, a supplier that provides specifications for its products on the Site may request information
about traffic volume on the Site in connection with its product listings. LineBuilders
will provide such traffic volume data only to that company in aggregate anonymous form.
Compliance with the Law. LineBuilders will disclose User Information when it
believes in good faith that the law requires such disclosure or such disclosure is necessary to
protect the rights or property of LineBuilders or LineBuilders' customers.
Will LineBuilders Sell Information to Third Parties?
No. LineBuilders does not sell, trade or assign User
Information to third parties, such as mailing houses, market research firms or advertisers.
As LineBuilders continues to develop its business, however, it might sell some or all of its assets.
In such a transaction, the User Information may be one of the transferred business assets.
An acquiring company would be required to protect all User Information in accordance
with the terms of this Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time.
Does LineBuilders Use Cookies?
LineBuilders uses non-persistent cookies to enable you to use the Site more efficiently.
We do not use cookies to track your movement on the Site or on the Internet. No information
from cookies is stored and all cookies are deleted when you close your browser.
How Does LineBuilders Protect Information from Loss, Misuse or Alteration?
Technology. LineBuilders employs security measures that are consistent with
industry standards to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information about users
of the Service and the Site, and stores all User Information on secure servers.
Internal Restrictions. Our Site administrators continuously review the integrity
of our security measures and limit the access of LineBuilders' personnel to your personal information
on a "need to know" basis. In addition, we train our personnel regarding our
confidentiality policies and procedures with respect to User Information.
Passwords. All account information is password-protected. We recommend
that you keep your password confidential, and change it from time to time as an added security
measure. LineBuilders will never contact you by phone or email to request your password.
If you believe that an unauthorized person has learned your password, we recommend that
you change your password. You can change your password by clicking on the Update User
Profile button on the welcome page of the Site.
Can I Opt out of Providing Information to LineBuilders?
You must provide the required New User Profile Information and Supplier Information in order to use
the Service. You do not have to provide the New User Profile Information and Supplier
Information that is designated as optional, unless you deem it appropriate and useful to your
use of the Service. If you do not wish to receive Sales Calls and responses to Bid
Requests from suppliers, do not submit Bid Requests or requests for Sales Calls.
