 LineBuilders.com, Inc. Product Information Repository Agreement This 
Agreement governs your ("Supplier") use of the product information repository 
(the "Service") offered through the Site. By clicking on the "Submit" button at 
the bottom of this page and using the Service, Supplier accepts the terms and 
conditions of this Agreement. Supplier has previously agreed to the Terms of 
Use. In addition to this Agreement, the Terms of Use govern Supplier's use of 
the Service. Supplier shall be solely responsible for all Product Information 
that it lists with the Service, including, without limitation, its accuracy, 
completeness and timeliness, and shall be solely responsible for updating and 
maintaining such Product Information. LineBuilders.com, Inc. (LineBuilders) 
shall not be a party to any transaction between Supplier and any third party. 
License Grant to LineBuilders. Supplier grants to LineBuilders a 
non-transferable, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host Product 
Information on its server and to copy, create derivative works, publicly display 
and transmit Product Information on the Site. LineBuilders reserves the right to 
reject any Product Information or associated files that Supplier submits in 
connection with Supplier's use of the Service. Fees. The annual fees for listing 
Product Information through the Service are published on the Site. LineBuilders 
will invoice Supplier for all fees, and such invoices shall be due within thirty 
(30) days of the date of invoice. Term and Termination. The term of this 
Agreement shall be one (1) year, with automatic one-year renewal terms, unless 
Supplier provides thirty (30) days written notice of its intention not to renew 
this Agreement. LineBuilders reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at 
any time without notice. Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement, (i) 
all fees accrued and due to LineBuilders will accelerate and be automatically 
due and owing, and (ii) LineBuilders will terminate Supplier's access to the 
Service. Supplier's Representations and Warranties. Supplier represents and 
warrants that (i) its Product Information shall not infringe upon the rights, 
including, without limitation, the copyrights, trademarks, tradenames, trade 
secrets, patents, and all proprietary rights of any kind, of any third party; 
and (ii) it will not attach Product Information files that contain viruses or 
will propagate computer viruses.
